IEA ACCREDITED ENNEAGRAM SCHOOLS (AESs)
Awareness to Action Institute of Leadership, Coaching, and the Enneagram
Three accredited certification programs/modules are held virtually multiple times during the year. Each module consists of 40 hours of training in live sessions (at least 50%), pre-recorded content, and small-group activities.
"Module 1: The Professional Enneagram," focuses on the fundamentals of the ATA approach to the Enneagram and covers the instinctual biases, the nine strategies, the 27 subtypes, and the Awareness to Action Process for creating change. Module 1 focuses on Awareness, helping participants develop a deep understanding of their Enneagram style and the styles of others.
"Module 2: Going Deeper," dives deeper into the ATA Enneagram. It covers the nine Core Qualities (deeper dimensions of the psyche that help shape the expression of the personality styles), the nine Accelerators for enhancing growth, and the ATA Developmental Charts for each of the 27 subtypes. This module also includes an introduction to the ATA Skillful Action Model, a set of twelve competencies based on the Enneagram that lead to personal and professional growth. Module 2 focuses on Authenticity, helping participants become aware of--and take control of--their deep inner narratives to create change (and help their clients do the same).
"Module 3: Skillful Action," goes further into detail on the ATA Skillful Action Model, focusing on specific tools for self-mastery, clear-thinking, effective relationships, and preparing to scale. Participants will learn about the interrelated nature of three specific competences in each of these domains and how they can be used in specific ways to create change more quickly and effectively.
At the end of the three modules participants will have a clear understanding how each of the nine Ennea-types and 27 subtypes can create real and lasting change in specific and substantial ways.
