IEA ACCREDITED TRAINING PROGRAM (ATP)
- Heather Brown
- Rosemary Cowan
This course is held twice per year online. This course teaches students an efficient and effective interview strategy to explore someone’s Enneagram type. They learn how to conduct an interview which is rigorous but also exploratory and reflective for the interviewee. As part of this they also have to become deeply familiar with all 9 Enneagram Types (and their Subtypes) and become more aware and learn how to manage their type bias. For programme content please see above. CPD hours for this qualification are 23 hours contact time and an approximate self-study value of 60 hours
The course consists of a 2 day training course, 9 x supervision sessions and a written and practical assessment.
Students must conduct at least 16 practice interviews (most students do more), 8 of which are reviewed with a supervisor, who is one of ET's qualified teachers.
Assessment consists of a written review and a qualifying interview which is reviewed by a different supervisor.
Students must have completed The Narrative Tradition Foundation Programme.
