Training Program Description:

The Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram (NLE) is for people who want to raise their personality health.

The Enneagram contributes deep awareness to the structure of our personality. In Enneagram conversations, you'll often hear things like "This is really me," "I am Type X, I am like this." Knowing ourselves can be very liberating.

On the other hand, very few people talk about how they are progressing and improving their personality health. Year after year, many people continued to explain their personality but see little change in the way they handle their compulsions and fixations.

The NLE's aspires to provide people with the science, framework, and tools to raise their personality health in a sustainable manner.

The NLE marries the insightfulness of the Enneagram with the generative advantages of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). You'll journey beyond Enneagram-awareness; learn to apply Neuro-Linguistic actionables that promote behavioural flexibility, manage unhealthy compulsions, and overcome personality limitations.

The exciting NLE journey:

  1. Discover your Enneagram Type and develop a genuine acceptance of your personality structure.
  2. Go beyond personality labels to expand your potential and capacity. Tap into the deep insights of the Enneagram and the generative abilities of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
  3. Hold growth-enabling coaching conversations, where people discover and take ownership of how they are (unconsciously) working for or against themselves.
  4. Conduct coaching & mentoring with the Neuro-Linguistic Enneagram Profile—revealing people’s deeper intentions and inner struggles, that they may not have been able to verbalise.
  5. Practise the wisdom and BEING of an Enneagram Practitioner—one who meets people where they are at; builds deep trust and rapport.
  6. Join a growing community of practitioners who supports one another in constantly raising one’s personality health and Enneagram applications.
Interactive Components:
  • Learn the Enneagram through Brain-Compatible Learning (activities, group exchanges, learn-by-doing exercises). This supports you to internalise and experience the Enneagram, rather than being fascinated by the head knowledge and then having to cope with the overwhelm later.
  • Enneagram Typing Panel: Experience other personality types in action; hear from the horse's mouth how each Enneagram personality likes to be treated.
  • 60% of the course is hands-on to coach and interact with others, using the Enneagram.
  • Experience the breathing styles and physiology of the nine Enneagram Types (and how to expand one's physiological capacity).
  • Apply the NLE Debrief & Coaching Framework to facilitate insights and self-awareness; receive supervision and feedback on your practice.
  • Reflection exercises where you collect data points about your personality structure—including why you seem different from someone of the same Enneagram Type
