This highly experiential and interactive program provides a deep grounding in The Enneagram as an extraordinarily effective and inspiring client resource. It equips participants to make well-informed, skillful use of the Enneagram in their professional work with clients. Through lecture, group discussion, small group activities, and demonstrations, we help people to learn: to get to the heart of what's needed when working with clients using the Enneagram, to account for the client's center of intelligence, core type, subtypes, and instinctual sequence when evaluating client needs and tailoring approaches, to learn to apply the latest information about specific patterns and interventions associated with the 27 subtypes and 3 instincts, and to design client programs more fully connected to individuals' core motivations and deepest needs. Through learning about the Enneagram types and subtypes in depth and how to work with them in specific ways, participants will learn how to optimize their time with clients and support clients' development.

Certificate of Completion

Continuing Education Hours are offered for therapists with specific types of licenses and to coaches through the International Coaching Federation.
