This program includes continuous breakout room activities, virtual home groups, somatic exercises, and a ton of other tools that will be shared along the class journey. The teaching style is vibrant, energetic, and engaging. The growth work after each class allows students to engage the content themselves and do some deeper exploration. Each week there is also a journal assignment that is meant to be kept private for your own deep internal work.
