This training builds essential skills and practice at delivering workshops to teach and facilitate groups to learn about the Enneagram, whether in a corporate setting with business teams or for personal development groups on a psychological and/or spiritual path. An essential aspect when delivering Narrative Tradition trainings is the ability to facilitate panels.

The course consists of:
3-day online workshop where students learn the basic skills of panel and workshop facilitation.

Qualification studies – supervised practice - students work with a supervisor, who is a faculty member at Enneagram Training, for 9 sessions on the following:
- run at least 5 x 45-60 minute practice panels, 4 of which are reviewed with their supervisor
- 3 hours of workshop planning with their supervisor
- At least 7 hours of Enneagram facilitation, either face-to-face or online
Record 3 x 45-60 minute teaching and facilitation sessions, which their supervisor reviews with them.

Assessment
Record 1 additional 45-60 minute panel and 1 additional 45-60 minute workshop session, for review by Enneagram Training core faculty.

The course is conducted online and is offered annually

Students need to have completed the 11 day Foundation Programme. They also need to have completed and qualified as Certified Enneagram Typing Practitioners (see details in application for Accredited Training Program)
