Training Program Description:

Goals:
1. Mastery of the Enneagram System: To provide comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Enneagram system, including its history, theoretical foundations, and practical applications.
2. Coaching Proficiency: To develop advanced coaching skills specifically tailored to utilizing the Enneagram for personal and professional development.
3. Ethical Practice: To instill a deep sense of ethical responsibility and cultural sensitivity when applying the Enneagram in coaching contexts.
4. Professional Certification: To prepare participants to become certified Enneagram coaches, capable of helping clients achieve transformative growth through the insights provided by the Enneagram.

Objectives:
1. Understand Enneagram Types: Participants will learn to accurately identify and interpret the nine Enneagram types, including their core motivations, fears, desires, and typical behavioral patterns.
2. Develop Coaching Techniques: Participants will acquire and practice coaching techniques that leverage the Enneagram to foster self-awareness, personal growth, and improved interpersonal relationships.
