The Professional Certification Program at The Narrative Enneagram is for those who are interested in developing skills as an Enneagram typing professional, teacher of the Enneagram, or practitioner using the Enneagram in their professional work as a therapist, coach, spiritual director, or other individual client work.

The Narrative Enneagram is the longest running Enneagram certification school in the world and the first IEA Accredited School with Distinction. During this 12-month experiential learning program, you’ll develop your skills conducting typing interviews, leading panels, teaching presentations, and working individually with clients.

The Narrative Enneagram offers three Certifications:
All students complete the first half of the program together and may then continue with specialized training based on your professional goals. You may complete the Teacher and Practitioner Certifications simultaneously.

Certified Enneagram Typing Professional (CETP) is for those who want to offer typing interviews and is included as part of Teacher or Practitioner Certification.

Certified Narrative Enneagram Teacher (CNET) is for those who want to teach the Enneagram to groups by leading panels and offering presentations.

Certified Narrative Enneagram Practitioner (CNEP) is for therapists, coaches, spiritual directors, and others who want to integrate the Enneagram into their work with individual clients.

Module 1: Typing Process (all)
Learn how to conduct individual typing interviews using the inquiry method to help interviewees discover their potential type.

Typing Practicum (all)
Practice your typing interview skills and learn to support those in the process of type discovery by conducting typing interviews in the Narrative Tradition with support from a Coach.

Module 2t: Teacher Training (Teacher)
Develop your presentation skills, practice leading type panels in a group setting, build skills in receptive awareness, and learn methods to integrate somatic elements into your practice.

Teacher Practicum (Teacher)
Practice your skills to effectively present topics on the Enneagram and facilitate a panel in the Narrative Tradition with support from a Coach.

Module 2p: Practitioner Training (Practitioner)
Discover how to engage the Enneagram in your work with individual clients to create meaningful and lasting change. (Previously called Enneagram for Therapists, Counselors and Coaches.)

Practitioner Practicum (Practitioner)
Integrate the Enneagram into your work with clients and participate in group supervision. facilitated by a Supervisor.

Graduation (all)
Join us at a Zoom celebration with your cohort. You'll also receive one free year of a Professional Membership to support your work.
