Our Enneagram program provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the Enneagram and its nine styles. Through this training, participants will learn the key similarities and differences between the styles, deepening their ability to recognize and support diverse approaches to work and leadership. The program is designed to equip participants with practical tools to apply the Enneagram framework in their work. By gaining a deeper insight into the strengths and challenges of each style, they can effectively support leaders in developing self-awareness, improving team dynamics and knowledge of the Enneagram in the organization.

Module 1: 2 days The Enneagram Model, Intelligence Centres and the Nine Types

Module 2: 2 days Enneagram Styles as Team Members and in Cooperation

Module 3: 2 days Enneagram Leadership Styles

Module 4: 2 days Supporting Leaders with the Enneagram

Own Enneagam profile is done, orientation material has been studied, pre-course questionnaire and reflection of own learning objectives have been made.
