Description

We would like to offer companionship on our way from gluttony to sobriety at Zoom every second Sunday.
Below you can read a little about what you get out of joining an official 7s Ennea group under IEA with us.

Working on our inner point 7 is the purpose of the group:
We will recognize ourselves in each other, develop true love and mercy for what we experience as difficult. And we’ll share tricks to wake up from the 7’s type of automatic escape from the Now.
In the group Towards the 7th Heaven, we will immerse ourselves in how the loss of our Holy Idea affects our motivation and behavior caused by our passion gluttony. We will support each other in being in the difficult; how our passion affects our relationships and our everyday lives and stretches the legs of our development to become a whole human being.

As an E7, we have a common pain and joy that we will share honestly and openly in this intimate community of like-minded people and we will become more aware of:
When do we think there is something else somewhere that is more exciting to be than right here and now.
The pain of never being able to find the deep peace and rest of life.
The joy of living in a wonderful and interesting universe that fulfills us.
Our creative curiosity about what unfolds as we move forward confidently.
Our awakening to the enjoyment of the possibilities every single magical moment offers us.

We have been inspired by development groups in the USA, i.a. from Rev. Nhiên and Michael Naylor, and from the concept of Circling.
We want common themes such as tritypes, wings, blind-spot, and shadows that give our 7s structure special characteristics.

In addition, we will:
- take turns doing presence exercises or guided meditations. take turns giving a brief intro to tonight's theme.
- use breakout groups in zoom, for deeper sharing and repeating questions in smaller groups.
- draw on experiences from 12 step groups, where one talks about oneself, to oneself. increase self-awareness and train self-observation in a framework of confidentiality.
- undertake home exercises to train presence, self-management, and self-care.
