IEA EnneaGroups are formed by IEA members and are self-directed groups for purposes of discussion, study, resource-sharing and support based on type, shared interests, profession or life experiences, or for other Enneagram-related purposes. You do not need to be an IEA member to join an EnneaGroup. Check out the groups below and contact any you wish to join.

JEDI Enneagroup: Anti-Racism
This JEDI EnneaGroup is for anyone interested in using the Enneagram to become allies for anti-racism. We will create an open & healing space where all voices are heard & acknowledged in order to embrace diversity, equity and inclusion through 9 lenses.

Participants must:
- be approved by Dr. Deborah Egerton
- have extensive knowledge of the Enneagram
- be willing to openly share and explore their individual racial identity, personal racial trauma, and be willing to hold a safe space for all members of the group
- adhere to the guidelines and ground rules for JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, inclusion) and anti-racism conversations
