IEA EnneaGroups are formed by IEA members and are self-directed groups for purposes of discussion, study, resource-sharing and support based on type, shared interests, profession or life experiences, or for other Enneagram-related purposes. You do not need to be an IEA member to join an EnneaGroup. Check out the groups below and contact any you wish to join.

JEDI Enneagroup: People of Color & Immigrants
Meets: 1st Wednesday of the month from 5:30pm - 7:00pm PST
This JEDI EnneaGroup is for participants who identify as People of Color & Immigrants (not BIPOC). We intend to create an open & healing space where POC & Immigrant voices are heard & acknowledged in order to embrace diversity, equity, & inclusion through 9 lenses.

Participants must:
- identify as a Person of Color or Immigrant (BIPOC has a separate group)
- be approved by Dr. Deborah Egerton
- have extensive knowledge of the Enneagram
- be willing to openly share and explore their racial identity and individual racial trauma
- adhere to the guidelines and ground rules for JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, inclusion) and anti-racism conversations
