IEA EnneaGroups are formed by IEA members and are self-directed groups for purposes of discussion, study, resource-sharing and support based on type, shared interests, profession or life experiences, or for other Enneagram-related purposes. You do not need to be an IEA member to join an EnneaGroup. Check out the groups below and contact any you wish to join.

JEDI Enneagroup: BIPOC
JEDI EnneaGroup is for BIPOC participants. We intend to bring BIPOC individuals together to create an open & healing space where BIPOC voices are heard & acknowledged. Participants will be empowered to embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion through 9 different lenses.

Participants must
- identify as a BIPOC- Black Indigenous Person of Color (there are other Enneagroups set for People of Color & Immigrants, LGBTQ+, and Non-BIPOC)
- be approved by Dr. Deborah Egerton
- have extensive knowledge of the Enneagram
- be willing to openly share and explore their own racial identity and individual racial trauma
- adhere to the guidelines and ground rules for JEDI (justice, equity, diversity, inclusion) and anti-racism conversations
