ABOUT THIS PROGRAM
Hosted by Evolving Enneagram, this is a professional formation program for those called to accompany others through Enneagram-informed spiritual direction—rooted in wholeness, freedom, and unity.

Spiritual direction is less about mastering a technique and more about cultivating a way of being. Over this 22-month journey, you'll deepen your inner life so that your own grounded presence becomes the foundation from which you accompany others.

Across six developmental phases and twenty integrated modules, you'll engage in contemplative practice, live online trainings, cohort gatherings, supervised practicum, and shared reflection within a supportive learning community. Rather than simply learning what a spiritual director does, you'll be formed into the kind of person from whom authentic spiritual companionship naturally flows.

At the heart of this program is the wisdom of the Enneagram—not taught as a separate subject, but woven throughout the entire journey as an integrated path of contemplative, psychological, and spiritual formation. Together, contemplative spirituality and the Enneagram invite greater self-awareness, compassionate presence, discernment, and inner freedom.

For those who wish to deepen this dimension of their formation, the program also offers an optional, fully integrated pathway to earn Evolving Enneagram's Contemplative Enneagram Practitioner (CEP) Certification. Completed within the program at no additional tuition—by finishing Phase 3 together with the accompanying CEP coursework—it allows you to grow as a spiritual director and earn a recognized Enneagram credential through the same shared cohort experience.

Grounded in an interspiritual and inclusive vision, this program welcomes participants from diverse faith traditions, spiritual backgrounds, and life experiences. Whether you are rooted in a religious tradition, spiritually curious, deconstructing, reconstructing, contemplative, mystical, or spiritual but not religious, you are invited to bring your whole self.
