The Formation Courses for Formators (FCF) of Emmaus Center for Psycho-Spiritual Formation & Accompaniment is offering the Enneagram for Formative Growth. This is a six-series webinar via online from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon on October 20, 22, 23, 27, 29, and 30.

This is a course for formators of seminaries, religious orders and congregations, and consecrated lay communities. This course will introduce the dynamics of the nine Enneagram personality types as a tool for self-discovery and for assisting others towards growth.

• To introduce the Enneagram and the dynamics of the different types
• To assist participants in gaining a sense of their Enneagram type (gifts & challenges)
• To assist participants in understanding the other Enneagram types
• To use the Enneagram as a tool for self-awareness and psycho-emotional-spiritual growth not only for themselves but also for those given to their care

I do not give tests or questionnaires to determine one's Enneagram type. Rather, the six-series webinar was designed as gradual process of self-discovery.

• Day 1 covers The Triads (Hornevian, Three Centers of Intelligence, and Three Affects of Object Relations)
• Day 2 covers Types Eight, Nine, One, Two, and Three
• Day 3 covers Types Four, Five, Six, Seven, and a Panel Interview
• Day 4 covers The Levels of Development (Types Eight, Nine, One, Two)
• Day 5 covers The Levels of Development (Types Three, Four, Five, Six, and Seven)
• Day 6 covers the Wings, Direction of Disintegration, Direction of Integration, and Moving from Personality to Essence.
