Most approaches to growth and transformation emphasize insight – yet insight alone rarely creates deep or sustained change. Development by Design: The Enneagram and the Law of Three offers a different path: understanding and working with the energetic forces that shape our experience from the inside out.

In this interactive session, we’ll explore how the three forces of change – affirming, denying, and reconciling – arise in real time, and how consciously engaging these energies can open the door to meaningful transformation.

This experiential workshop is grounded in live, real-time application and based on Ginger Lapid-Bogda’s forthcoming book, Development by Design. We will:

 Assess where you are on the movement from false self to true self

*Clarify the depth of development you want to pursue – comfort, progress, or breakthrough
*Work directly with the Law of Three to understand how these forces function in your own patterns
*Choose new developmental pathways, interrupting familiar habits and experimenting with counter-intuitive ones
*Experience the Law of Three energetically, not just conceptually
