The workshop is presented on the principle that our habitual emotional states become so embodied in our physical being and this increases our predisposition to experiencing these emotions. This principle is explored in relation to the Enneagram’s three centers and their predominant emotional issues. Participants will explore how emotional states-especially anxiety, anger and depression-are physically embodied, and how these emotional states can be changed through the use of music and movement.
