Each Enneagram type has three variations depending on which of three instincts is highlighted: self preservation, one-to-one (sexual), or social. These subtypes shape the pathways for our personality in daily life-where and how we invest ourselves in the areas of home and financial security, partnership and romance, friendship and community life. Understanding our subtype is a powerful tool for growth and self awareness (not to mention getting along with those other subtypes!). In this workshop we’ll survey the 27 sub-types-both as psychological structures from early childhood and universal human archetypes. We’ll break into subtype groups to explore similarities and differences. If you already know your subtype, come and share your experience. If you don’t yet know, you may be able to discover it during this workshop.
