Just as the Enneagram illuminates the architecture and dynamics of the personality, the field of organization development provides a powerful framework for understanding the architecture and dynamics of teams. This highly interactive session integrates the insights of the Enneagram with the theory and practice of creating high-performing teams from the field of organization development.

Because almost everyone who works in an organization works within a group or team context, and most people are members of multiple work groups and teams, team development is one of the most important organizational applications of the Enneagram. An integrated Enneagram/OD approach to developing highperforming teams not only transforms a team, it contributes to the personal transformation of individual team members. This session will show you how to make that happen.

Because this session is a two-hour structured team simulation, everyone who attends should expect to participate. The session is limited to the first fifty-four attendees, and all participants need to be present at the start of the session in order to hear the simulation instructions. Come to enjoy the experience, the insight, and the fun!
