It is not a surprise that a conscious organization such as Genentech would embrace the Enneagram. Learn from Genentech’s senior leaders how they are using the Enneagram, why they think it makes a difference, what it has done for them personally, and how it contributes to a conscious organization.

This informal discussion session will allow you to experience in real-time that consciousness, spirituality, and development do belong in the business world and to address questions such as: What organizations are most likely to be early users of the Enneagram? What is the best way to approach these types of organizations? What kinds of leaders will be most responsive? What kinds of trainers and consultants are they looking for?

Ginger Lapid-Bogda, Ph.D. is an organization development consultant with more than thirty years of consulting experience working with Fortune 500 companies, service organizations, non-profits, and law firms. She is the past president of the IEA and a member of the Organization Development Network (ODN) and National Training Labs (NTL). Ginger provides organization development (OD) consulting, executive coaching, and training services that integrate the Enneagram with the theory and practice of OD.
